BLCEA, established in 1946 by the community of Beit Hanina, is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting educational, cultural, health, and agricultural institutions in the town. Our mission is to serve and develop Beit Hanina by empowering its residents through various initiatives. We strive to create a positive impact on the community, fostering growth and sustainability.
